Nürburgring Did You Know
The first F1 World Championship race was the 1950 British Grand Prix at Silverstone on 13 May 1950.
Alberto Ascari won the German Grand Prix 1952 at Nürburgring on 3 August 1952, starting from pole position. Nino Farina finished second for Ferrari, with Rudi Fischer completing the podium for Ferrari.
