Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours Did You Know
The first F1 World Championship race was the 1950 British Grand Prix at Silverstone on 13 May 1950.
Fernando Alonso won the French Grand Prix 2005 at Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours on 3 July 2005, starting from pole position. Kimi Räikkönen finished second for McLaren, with Michael Schumacher completing the podium for Ferrari. Kimi Räikkönen set the fastest lap with a time of 1:16.423.
