Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps Did You Know
The first F1 World Championship race was the 1950 British Grand Prix at Silverstone on 13 May 1950.
John Surtees won the Belgian Grand Prix 1966 at Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps on 12 June 1966, starting from pole position. Jochen Rindt finished second for Cooper-Maserati, with Lorenzo Bandini completing the podium for Ferrari.
