Watkins Glen Did You Know
The first F1 World Championship race was the 1950 British Grand Prix at Silverstone on 13 May 1950.
Graham Hill won the United States Grand Prix 1963 at Watkins Glen on 6 October 1963, starting from pole position. Richie Ginther finished second for BRM, with Jim Clark completing the podium for Lotus-Climax.
